NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Arthur Township Board will be
held on September 14, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Arthur Township Hall, located at 3031
S. Athey Ave, Clare, Michigan 48617.
The purpose of the special meeting is to hold a closed session to consider material
exempt from discussion or disclosure by statute under MCL 15.268(1)(h), specifically
identified as an attorney-client privileged written legal opinion, and to consider any other
business that comes before the Township Board.
This notice is given in compliance with Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended (Michigan
Open Meetings Act) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Arthur Township will provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with
disabilities upon reasonable notice to the Township. Requests for such accommodations
should be made to the Township Clerk.
