SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST
The Arthur Township Planning/Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 12, 2025 at
6:00 p.m. during a special planning commission meeting for review of the following:
Applicant DTE Electric Co., “Cedar Fields Solar Park”, is requesting a special land use permit and site plan
approval for the purpose of constructing a solar energy alternative park consisting of 132 fenced acres and 100 acres of solar panels. Property being located in Arthur Township, Sections 12 & 13. The Arthur Township parcels included in the proposed project are as follows:

Written comments concerning the requests may be sent to the above address and should be received no less than three days before the hearing date to be considered by the Planning Commission.
