An application for a Variance has been received by Arthur Township Zoning Board
of Appeals for the following:
Property owners Taylor and Danielle Rhode of 10852 E Jefferson Rd, Clare MI,
have requested a Variance waiver for a purposed land split to place the new
property line between two (2) existing outbuildings with approximately 14ft
side setback from buildings where 20ft is required.
The ZBA hearing is scheduled for 6:00 pm on August 7, 2025, at the Arthur
Township Hall, 3031 S Athey Ave, Clare, MI 48617.
